Help Us Save Access to Vaping in South Dakota!
The unfortunate time has come where our representatives in our great state are considering MAJOR PROHIBITIONS to vaping — primarily a FLAVOR BAN.
You have seen the talk of a similar flavor ban at the federal level by those that don’t believe ADULTS should have ALL THEIR FREEDOMS, WHICH remains a campaign, not by everyday, hard working Americans, BUT by very well-funded ANTI-tobacco & ANTI-vaping “advocacy groups,” who are funded by Michael Bloomberg to the tune of 160 million dollars.
THEY are the ones pushing their networks of “advocates” to get local governments, like ours, to RESTRICT OUR LIBERTIES.
UNFORTUNATELY, our South Dakota Legislature has fallen victim to this FAKE “Vaping Crisis.”
The prohibition bill will make POSSESSION OF FLAVORED EJUICE A SECOND DEGREE MISDEMEANOR!
That means 30 DAYS IN JAIL and a $500 FINE just for POSSESSING FLAVORED ELIQUID.
The question is, How can a state, as patriotic as OURS, even consider TAKING AWAY OUR RIGHTS AND LIBERTIES guaranteed to us not only by the Constitution of the United States, but by South Dakota’s Constitution’s Bill of Rights:

We need to make sure our legislators understand that we are ADULTS and will NOT accept ANY THREAT TO OUR LIBERTIES because it’s a slippery slope!

Will they try to take away OUR RIGHT to enjoy an adult beverage,
drive our own vehicles,
or our right to bare arms?
IT IS TIME FOR US TO TAKE A STAND…
